Anyone have a lead of how/where to find a doc in FL that will prescribe HCQ. Is there a group or service to find advocates?

I have a fren that thinks he ha it, his tet come back in a few days and his doc already said he cannot precribe it even though he thinks it waork effectively, because of presure / threat on the medical license by health board or another regulatory'lic. agency
