Anyone have a lead of how/where to find a doc in FL that will take new patients and is not opposed to prescribing HCQ, when suitable? Is there a group or service to find non 'woke' docs?

I have a fren that thinks he has it, his test comes back in a few days and his doc already said he cannot precribe it even though he thinks it works effectively, because of pressure / threat on the medical license by health board or another regulatory/lic.agency.
