The real decrease in GDP is 9.4 percent from 2019 to 2020 Qtr.2.
Many analysts were expecting 10%+ and for comparison Germany declined 10.1%.

(b) The Committee shall be composed of the following members (Committee Members):

(ii) the Attorney General;
(iii) the Secretary of Homeland Security; and
(iv) the head of any other executive department or agency, or any Assistant to the President, as the President determines appropriate.

Sec. 7. Threat Analysis by the Director of National Intelligence.
