No. Germany has not, trust me on this one. Some for sure, but they are being called Aluhüte (tinfoil hats), Reichsbürger, Trump lovers and right wing assholes in general by the still ab-so-lute majority of other people. And I see more and more people putting masks on voluntarily even in open spaces, out of fear of being fined or being yelled at by other people.
Where I live there is decent antifa activity, and everybody and their dog knows them. If you look at them the majority of "members" is between 20 and 25, maybe a bit older but not much. That's the problem, that's why younger people are being targeted by most governments. They don't no much, and they have no chance of finding out what is really happening, because the "truth" is being defined by people they trust. They are willfully ignorant. And they believe they are on the right track. Can't really blame them, bc. Germans have been told to play a very bad role in the last century.
