NDMA contamination in pharmaceuticals!
NDMA has been a problem in many prescription drugs. For some unknown reason no one can figure out how this compound finds it's way into medication despite there being no reason for it due to chemical reactions that create the medication . FDA has known about this for years and issued recalls only after the fact.
