That's an issue. If you can track your vote, so can someone else. Voting is supposed to be secret. If you vote by mail, you can't track anything but others might. You could track up until the envelope allegedly arrives at the election office. And I suppose, since there is a signature, you could ID how that voter voted if you looked at the ballot.
Anything on the envelope that ID's the party is telling how many party votes are coming in.
We need voter ID at the polls, vote, and run through the machine. If they were that good at compromising the machines they would have won 2016. They couldn't skim of enough votes I figure because Trump won by a very, very large margin.
