How else does the Aussie MSM create a second wave on cue. It's alla bout timing right? So you think they're going to wait until it happens of its own accord? No. They manufacture it. And when you can't risk hiring real actors to do it for you, you create a story with concocted personalities who will say exactly what you want, because they don't even exist.
