He fought as hard as Trump does, even went after her two attorneys to get them disbarred for lack of due diligence. They eventually settled the case with her lawyers announcing they'd made a mistake and he wasn't in an area where he could have molested Virginia. In reading the deposition and other articles, it was made clear that AD never represented Epstein and that they weren't close. He described their relationship as being more along the lines of academia related/casual. Not sure there were ever even on the plane at the same time. He DID ride in the plane but it looked like most were in the US, just airport skipping.
