You need vitamin and mineral supplements.
Get 1000mg TIMED RELEASE Vitamin C
Take one tablet every three hours for a couple of days and then stick to one tablet with every meal
Get Vitamin D3 1000iu tablets and take 4 every day after a meal.
Get a Calcium and Magnesium table and that that when you take D3.
Get an extra strength Zinc supplement. It will likely have three forms of Zinc. Z. citrate, Z. picolinate, Z. gluconate or maybe others. Take one of those with every meal.
Get a Selenium supplement and take that when you take the Calcium-Magnesium.
Black Cumin (Nigella sativa) can help clear lungs. Sometimes sold in combo with Oregano Oil. I drop oils on crackers and eat them with a bit of cheese.
Your doctor probably told you to take Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen. But you can actually take both together for more anti-inflammatory effect.
Look for a mixture that has Dextromorphan in it like Buckleys Daytime Cold and Flu. That also has Guaifenesin in it which helps deal with Adenovirus and Coronavirus thick mucus (dry cough). The Dextromorphan reduces brain inflammation which drops your temperature.

HCQ has no effect whatsoever if you have a Zinc deficiency.
And if your respiratory disease has gotten to the point where you have difficulty breathing, HCQ + Zinc is not going to help a lot. At that stage you need steroids or corticosteroids. Dexamethasone is a good choice, Or Prednisolone. Ask your doctor about this.
The best prophylactic is a strong system, meaning NO vitamin and mineral deficiencies. After you get over this you should start taking a on-a-day vitamin and mineral supplement. It is easier than dealing with the details of several separate ones, and over time the one-a-day will fix all your deficiencies.
