Should be a law, that if you LIE and FALSIFY Tests, you automatically lose your license, pay a hefty fine, AND go to Jail, for not less than 3 yrs.
The problem is, that society has a "Time Out Corner" mentality, made by the same people who think giving out "Participation Awards" for everyone so they feel special, is fair. Slap on the writs, so they don't fear the consequences of their actions/crimes. And while in the time out, just think of other ways to continue their shitty behavior, without getting caught.
