You have a right to be a concerned Husband/wife, to know all details, to demand that your spouse desires your input at every step in the treatment.

Allows influence. So donating money - from the donator's point of view - is virtually exclusively done to try to influence, in a big way or a small way, the subsequent actions/voting/policy formation of the political candidate.
They do their research on how beneficial their donation strategies are.

All a man like him would have to do is appear two weeks after Trump was elected and simply say "My Democratic Party is infiltrated by the most corrupt, evil bunch of two faced bastards that ever existed!"
With his family history and his surprise return from the dead himself, he would have been listened to. I don't imagine the Clintons, Obamas or Pelosi having any arguments that would wash against JFK's very own son.

I'm responding to the assertions in that post. I'm not making him out to be a God at all. Indeed, questioning his timing of a public return is a criticism not a kiss-ass session.
So to return to the point. If he were alive and If he had a plan to be Trump's surprise VP, I say he could have emerged sooner. And I repeat, even though certainly not a god, as a person of influence with a bizarre story to tell, he - would - have - been - listened - to. No show needed.
I don't believe his family would allow him to churn on if it wasn't done to protect him.
His wife coming on slowly and mournfully to lead him off camera that time? Too pronounced, too theatrically 'sad'.
If his family really thought he was suffering, they'd end his run.
