yes of course we do, but taking a few days off every week or so will be fine. You know the deal, the show goes on here 24 hours a days 7 days a week.
Myself I try to take off at least one or two days a week, I mean no checking /qresearch/ at all.
On top of that, you need
20-60 minutes yoga, cardio, weightlifting, whatever your poison is per week, 3 days a week.
limit your processed foods, sugary snacks, sugary juice, empty carbs
dental checkups every 6 months
be able to do 20 pushups in a row
shower daily, shave or trim beard, personal groom every two weeks minimum.
at least 3 days per week of not fapping
trim your toenails monthly
Take a break, nature walk, swim spend time with fam, cook a large meal, play some chess, mind and soul care.
