Sen. Kamala Harris goes on the ticket with Joe Biden in a behind-closed-doors DNC "convention." [There will be no convention in the traditional sense on account of COV19.] She will agree to certain conditions, privately.
If Ds manage to steal the general election and regain a majority in the Senate [please God, no], RBG will announce her immediate retirement, post-inauguration, and K. Harris will be nominated to replace her; she will be quickly approved and sworn in, touting her legal chops as a former Attorney General of CA.
Under 25th Am. Sec. 2, M. Obama will be nominated and approved by the Senate as Vice President.
By 7/4/2021, Pres. Biden will be declared "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office" per 25th Am. Sec. 4, and M. Obama will assume the presidency. M.'s first act will be to nominate Hillary Clinton as Vice President per 25th Am. Sec. 2. Chelsea Clinton will receive her first significant governmental appointment: perhaps, a lower-level Cabinet Secretary like HHS, in order to begin her ascendancy.
Biden will ride off into the sunset with assurances of immunity from prosecution for crimes related to Ukraine, China, etc., and receive a pardon, if need be; ultimately, to protect his family and their filthy lucre.
