Clearly Snowden is of such high value if he's the only algo holder, there would have to be contingency plans in the event something tragic and uncontrollable happens. And the CIA would need control of snowden's algo due to the high value that we are now seeing?
You can't waterboard a dead/sick Snowden and get encryption keys. has to be some sort of a backup or maybe not , hence why NSA got it simply by threatening him on 8ch ?
