Please also tweet @SCOTUS to encourage them to (a) take the case and (b) rule that the CFPB must be under Congressional oversight. Not that oversight ensures accountability (hello CIA and FBI) but hopefully the fallout from the Storm will result in changes that correct the problem of Congress failing miserably in its most important duty - to provide oversight that ensure the Constitution is upheld and protected!
