gmo wheat was developed almost 20 years ago but never made legal to plant
if you buy wheat from a farmer that does not spray it with roundup or fungicides it should be ok

around here nobody sprays much to dessicate anything
wheat ripens evenly and fast
sometimes they spray for weeds , but if it so poor it is weedy , they usually dont want to spend more spraying
