I agree. I also think that which cannabis someone uses is important. I don't do drugs, but I have studied medical research and the THC levels in cannabis are through the roof now. It's not nearly as safe as cannabis formerly was. It's more of a hardcore drug now and can lead to psychosis and other very serious issues. It might have the same name, but it's not the same drug as it used to be.
People really should bring back the older strains, because they won't have the same negative effects and the positive effects will largely still be present.
Reminds me of what happened with wheat. Nobody was allergic to it when I was a kid. GMO wheat comes out, wheat covered in RoundUp and pesticides. Then, all of a sudden, everyone is gluten-free.
Nature knows best. It's better to leave it alone and have respect.
