I believe this actually originated with someone called "Task Force" who was committed to fighting child abuse and trafficking and was first to interview the victim. I followed her at the time. Paine got involved later. There was more details but the site is gone even from archives. See:

Moore, who was often called "Task Force as a nickname," was interviewed about the Clinton case on July 13th by YouTube and radio journalist Farmer Jones. One month later, Moore's she was dead, her body found by employees at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Washington, D.C. East - in Capitol Heights, Maryland.

 

Anyone who followed her knew her efforts and the trouble she had with FBI and others.

 

IMHO it is worth a listen and investigating if interested.
