Video originated from Instagram "twogunterry" and was posted January 2019 (linked below) and aimed at kneeling and Kaepernickand. It was picked up and tweeted today by Billy Corben (Hollywood type with 88k followers) and will probably be amplified to try to make it mean more now.

US Navy responded the message "is completely inconsistent with the values and ethos of Naval" blah blah blah and "initial indications are that there were no active duty Navy personnel or equipment involved with this independent organization's event."
