Just spit balling here… Did it occur to anyone that a large number of old people in blue(broke) states probably don't have family and if they die due to Covid the state would get all there money? Just pick a really rich assisted living facility in up state. If 10% of the 29000 people who dies had no family and had just 50k left in the bank that's 150 mil. Not sayin it's motive but it sure doesn't the budget any…
