This is such a bullshit move. Google Transition Integrity Project, every result is about this "war games exercise." Dozens of articles, all written as close to identical as possible (salon, wapo, NYT, Atlantic, npr, etc.), and the project itself has no website or contact info anywhere. Just people who are supposedly in it, who mostly worked for Hussein. Fuck these people.
