The Cabal badly wants the GDP to continue to stay down, but note what Trump has been saying about Q3 and Q4 this year. Q3 is July, Aug, Sept. The Cabal is desperate to do anything to push the GDP down further because the current rise in GDP will ruin them.

In the USA, the Federal Reserve is no longer following Cabal orders. It isn't yet free from private ownership, but the board members who represent the private owners seem to now be fully controlled by patriots. And the backdoor into their stash of cash, namely the Secretary of the Treasury, Mnuchin, appears to be firmly behind Trump and the plan for freedom.
We can't yet know how the board members are controlled but it is possible that the Dec 20, 2017 EO has led to the assets of the private banks owning the Fed, being seized by and controlled by the Treasury.
This makes sense because in a silent war, you do not want to disrupt the economy, so you COUNTER the enemy in the same way that they infiltrated. You carefully seize control of the levers of their power. We are seeing this in Hollywood where many recent movie and TV series are shifting their messaging back towards a patriotic message of TEAMWORK and hope for the future.
