What I found out is that the Pentagon organized teams of academics and entrepreneurs that jostled for the 18- to 24-month grants to work on the program. Remember the name Christopher Wylie. He's cooperating with the DOJ on the Facebook probe and is the whistleblower from Cambridge Analytica that discusses his role in hijacking the profiles of millions of Facebook users in order to target the US electorate.
