I wasn't looking at celebs when I first noticed this. I think that they setup the pic so that the eyes look like the eye of a snake. Or shop it. The eyes are the window to the soul.

Snake eyes is also a term relating to dice. 1 1, dot dot = snake eyes. This made me think of the charities with the "dot" or 1 logo. Do they use that kind of iconography - the single dot or double dot? Thinking of the Sunesi/SA pic, Red, Red nose day, One charities.
