how am I supposed to explain Q/Trump to people (ie. family, coworkers) without it ending in disagreement and ridicule?

Most people I've heard discuss politics irl here in Canada trust the news and so are ignorant regarding Q and Trump… If they're aware of Q, they probably believe it's a conspiracy theory.

So discussion creates contention/division.
