>To establish guilt, You must first prove the existance of free will

I can feel guilty for my actions even if free will is just a mental construct.

Also I refuse to believe based on my own experiences that will isn't freeโ€ฆ

It can however be taken from us by force or manipulation. But inherently I believe the human is free.

But you're right I can't prove it. Just as much as you can't prove the opposite.

>Your choice is not free from You

Agreed.

>and You didn't choose the first thing that made You

Correct, I didn't choose my mom and dad.

I can have free will without all the choices in my life being made by me.

We live in a world where stuff happen outside of our control. Even with free will those things are not in our control.

What your free will does is to allow you to decide how to handle sitiuations outside of your control.

Also upbringing and education doesn't negate free will.
