my ex still gets a ballot here, even though she has lived in another state for years. but she never gets a notice for jury duty. which would imply that the court system or county clerks know which registrations are "real", otherwise there would be a mess of FTA warrants clogging the system for phantom voters who didn't show up for jury duty.
