It came from the short port building, not the grain silo.

You can see the initial explosion fire was setting off munitions within the storage facility (like fireworks going off inside)…

 

And then that fire hit something that exploded massively, and took out the grain silo next door.

Sadly we don't have video of what caused the first explosion, when people started filming.

That set off other smaller explosions.

Munitions? Fertilizer? Fuel tanks?

 

Then BOOM.

That fire set off something massive, in that port transfer building.

or a truck next to it.
