that was quit the blast wave. probably weapons storage or a chemical/fuel facility
either that or its one of those pesky iranian fuel tanks that seem to be exploding a lot lately
the white disipating cloud that goes up into the air is just moisture. its caused by the blast wave moving so fast through the atmosphere that it creates enough pressure to condensate the moisture in the air. its a common phenomenon. hopefully pic loads
