The business district of downtown Minneapolis has basicly been abandoned, only an occasional police car driving through, none on foot. Blacks have taken over the streets and are openly harassing white woman that happens to need to be down there or make a wrong turn. I wonder how the big building property owners are going to deal with workers not wanting to come into the office because they are being harassed.
In MN, public health has made a vague "The presence of any condition that poses an imminent risk of substantial harm to the public health, safety or welfare." to their Grounds for Emergency Closure. All their other reasons are specific, like no running water, no electricity, etc. They will probably get sued for trying to use it. They have been told Law Enforcement will not help them.
