Surprising how there is no verbal reaction AT ALL from the person who recorded this video, having just witnessed one of the most extreme damaging events you can possibly experience up close, and still live through. Almost as if they knew what was coming. Someone who has seen an explosion or two. A professional. An op. Wearing black pants and shoes (seen at end).

That wasn't ordinary everyday (for Beirut) "action.' SEVERE BOOM, knocked silly, sight and sound of carnage all around, and nothing. I'm calling suspicious.
