Also, there are so many criminals involved in the conspiracy that it is a waste of resources to convict peron X of so much stuff that they get sentenced to 1372 years in prison. Especially when person X is not likely to live for more than 20 years. Better to convict person X of just a few mundane crimes that get a 20 year sentence. Even if they do survive and get out in 20 years, there will be so much written about their crimes that they will be lynched on the street, and all their old gang will be gone.

In fact, if you start at the bottom of the criminal network, and take out all the worker bees first, the queen bee will lose the ability to operate and may just commit suicide and save us some court resources for other bad guys.

The whole story will eventually come out, and half the perps will be killed in prison by other inmates when they learn the sick shit they have been involved in.

The history of RFID is fake.

It was actually invented by the CIA related defense industry in the late 1950s and they were already experimenting on people by implanting RFID chips with a whisker antenna into the nasal cavity. This was back in the days when people claimed there were UFOs (secret airforce craft that flew only at night) and abductions (jet fighter pilots in their shiny flightsuits out for a little R&R with unsuspecting females in their homes). Back in those days they would either sneak into a house at night, drug the subject, and place the RFID up their nose, or do it in a hospital setting, again drugging the target.

The problem with drugging random people like this is that everyone responds differently to the chemicals. That's why a hospital has a specially trained anesthetist who monitors and adjusts dosages. So out in the wild, lots of subjects were partly conscious or in a half-dream state. That is where all the UFO abduction stuff comes from.

They were doing experiments in tracking people and it worked within defined areas like a military base or town center.
