I think it was not any specific nation, but still the DEEP STATE operating on its own.
If I am right or at least partially right, that means the DS has been rooted out of ALL nations they previously had control of, and they are fucking PANICKING because no ones buying into the bullshit narratives and so they played one of their last cards, maybe their last which included a possible dirty nuke.
