Doesn't look the same at all. Expansion rates of the explosions were different and the fuel of the explosion in your 2015 China video continued to burn.

 

The Beirut blast used up the "fuel" of its explosion quickly. If they were the same, that explosion would have burned for a bit. It didn't.
