I analysed the Beirut explosion video the best I could and I cannot yet rule out the possibility what we all just witnessed was a mini-nuke, or some non-nuclear but highly advanced explosive device.

I notice that the spherical pressure wave from the blast was so powerful that it was capable of condensing atmospheric levels of water vapor in that coastal area of Beirut, Lebanon, into 'cloud formation' level density.

I am only generally versed in climate sciences but I'd reckon that using the changing thickness of the 'opaque' water vapor shockwaves as a variable, the 'velocity' of the midpoint of the expanding radius of the water vapor shockwave as a variable, the humidity that day as a variable, and figure out what pressure force would be needed to create the phenomena captured on video.

What if I just watched a mini-nuke (dirty nuke) explosion, that the general noise and sounds going on in my mind for some reason have not may but just one or a few 'louder' sounds that say no way can anyone in August 2020 be so evil so as to want to deploy a nuclear weapon against a shipping port in the middle east…or maybe yes…or maybe it was a non-nuke but highly advanced weaponry that creates shockwaves looking very similar to some of the shockwaves of the nuclear bomb tests of the 20th century that were captured on video.

Did we just see a single event MEANT to start a war in the middle east?

To change a growing and growing and growing narrative that has overtaken the entire MSDNC/TW^TTER/FAKEBOOK false narrative?

When the people no longer trust fake news, what impact does fake news surrounding a blast in Lebanon have? What happens to 'their' playbook re: visibility in plain view.

I don't see a visible heat signature, no.

Is that sufficient to rule out any and all theoretically and practically possible mini-nukes? I don't know, it's like rocket science to me.
