good information but i think in the wrong direction

it is (or was) a major port-stuff goes through it to other countries

it had been there 6 years-nothing to do with planting season

the govt said it had been confiscated-dont know why or from who

thats why it was taking up port space for 6 years

my guess is a govt fckup

(leaving it there so long with no plan to move it)

and arab safety standards
