When I watched the Floyd videos, it appeared to me that he was able to move somewhat under that knee. HOWEVER, from the time Floyd took those drugs, he had an appointment with the mortuary. The police could have sped that up, but only the EMS truck could slow it down. The EMS got there too late for Floyd, but the coroners report shows that nothing the cops did caused Floyd ANY injury.
