As if he knew he was going to die. He was already predicting he was going to die and telling the police to tell some lady that he loved her and something about his kids. And then he began the "I can't breath" mantra when they were trying to put him in the car, before any knees were on his neck.
The video was pulled down because it was altered, not that Pelosi really needs the help sounding drunk to begin with; but I imagine that's the reason why.
