Seems pretty obvious to me. Iran was using the site for weapons assembly/transport. Most likely conventional rockets and this 'fertilizer' was actually rocket fuel. Someone… perhaps our greatest ally blew it up with sabotage - perhaps a cyberattack.

 

Iran has been having a rash of explosions at nuclear and military sites. Lebanon is not Iran but Iran is known to operate out of Beirut trafficking shit. If you haven't learned about stuxnet you should.It was a computer worm that skullfucked Iran's uranium enrichment program by screwing with their computer control systems. It set them back by decades. The explosions last month in Tehran they said were a cyberattack.
