Guys, Scooter libby had his sentence commuted and his law license reinstated in 2016. There is no big reason to pardon him. Unless he is a witness/party to something he wasn't prosecuted for. Something the statute of limitations hadn't yet expired for. There are only a few things that fit that bill.
