By putting this stuff out there making such claims they are already conditioning people to ignore/disbelieve. Let's face it, that face lift meme is horrific, and honestly Hillary is so vile I personally believe she could do something like that. BUT the average person is gonna click their ears shut as it's too unbelievable and vile to contemplate.
People doing this might be desensitizing others and creating an air of disbelief..which is going to make it triple hard to get people to look at and believe the TRUTH when it hits.
Without accompanying proof I think this stuff does more harm than good.
