They allow her to testify over WAN so when she tries to pontificate her answers for the purpose of muddying the waters, instead of answering directly, ANY of the Repubs look like their purposely cutting her off appearing rude etc., Meanwhile the Dems let her ramble on totally painting the the whole affair as legit. #YATES is lying her fool head off, but won't be charged citing "poor comms" setup.
