When I went to Presbyterian College in 1980, I took Music Appreciation. I missed a crucial class (due to partying at Theta Chi's fraternity house the night before) and learned, the next day, I had missed a pass or fail pop test. After begging the teacher, I was given a riddle to pass or fail the entire class.
Here is the riddle:
Give a one-word reply to "Artie Dorsey's Orchestra". I answered "Styx".
I got it right and aced the class. Can you see how I got there?
