they started grilling Yates about Carter at todays hearing.
Did Carter know he was under surveillance when he joined the DJT campaign?
If he knew, did he tell anyone on the DJT team?

So first he was getting paid to do his craft by the government employer, and/then he was being by the DJT campaign for some form of low level work, then after all is said and done he sues DNC for the exposure.
