That's actually really cool. I remember learning about the Hebrew characters in Hebrew school and how each letter's shape was specifically designed for divine meaning. It was totally over my head at the time, but fascinating.
"yarmulke" but yes :)
Well, there goes that commonality I thought I could find with someone on here. Oh well!
You got me. You found the one Jewish anon who happens to know all the goings-on of the cabal. My, you're so perceptive!
Well, keep at it! I wish you luck.
Sorry I was able to discuss my hebrew school background in here. I thought since so many were able to discuss their faith that this was a non-censored part of the internet. I never realized you were the gatekeeper. I'll keep that in mind.
No, I don't have an opinion. No one is required to opine on all topics.
Okay, I'll bite: prove your case with facts. Not memes. Facts.
It's your show. Enlighten us on whatever tickles your fancy.
How is it any different for Jews to believe they were chosen by their God to have a covenant with and Christians believing that anyone who doesn't ascribe to Christianity isn't chosen to go to heaven? It sounds like both religions think they're right.
What race do Jews celebrate? I know Jews of various races.
There's Ashkenazi, Sephardi, Ethiopian, Mizrahi. There isn't one Jewish race.
I never denied being Jewish
Yea, Jews from Eastern Europe sure like east Africans. This was fun and all, but I didn't realize you had an extra chromosome, and now I feel bad for goading you. I'm sorry.
So now I'm responsible for something that happened 2000 years before I was born?
Why should I apologize for something I'm not responsible for? And why does it upset you that Jews believe something different than Christians do? Maybe Jews believe that Christians are perpetuating[g a lie that a new testament with god was made?
And if we're solely going to go off of liturgical writings and chronology, it seems like neither Judaism or Christianity got it right. Islam did.
Maybe we should just accept each other's differences and not get riled up that someone doesn't think the same thing as you.
We don't proselytize. We don't look for converts. Other religions do because they want numbers. We don't.
Non-Jews refused to allow Jews to assimilate for centuries. You can't have it both ways!!
Not at all. Only that we don't seek out people joining because we understand that Judaism isn't for everyone.
That's not the same thing as looking for converts. That's so the children could be Jewish.
