I am asking WHAT TIME ZONE IS THE SICILY DATA REPORTED IN ON RADMON.ORG?

If the radiation spike occured BEFORE the Beirut explosion then that data does not signify anything about the Beirut explosion.

If it occured at almost the exact same time, then the data is of great interest and the possibility needs further investigation and correlation with other rad mon sites.

If it occurred AFTER, then we need to understand what kind of radiation that station was set up to measure and how the radiation arrived.

Your 27,000 feet wind hypothesis is worth consideration but I do not consider it absolute proof without a little more info.

They discussed technology advances and physics for micro nks using an entirely different setup than we think of when we think of the old A- and H- nks.

You can probably find that info if you search for micro n*ks, if it's still there.
