MICHAEL FAGAN- USSS was a procurer of young girls for BILL CLINTON. He was stationed down in South Florida (EPSTEIN), until recently when he was transferred to Newark.

His job was to bring back two girls, one for him and one for Bill. He's a tall decent looking guy, so he apparently has been good at it.

Questions would be where's he from, what's his background, connections, family, ect. Basically, why hasn't he shot himself twice in the back of the head yet.
