The problem with this kind of shit is that the ones doing the alleged remote viewing could be tipped off by the people planning the event
Or the person auditing the remote viewer could simply lie and tell him he successfully viewed the target in the envelope (if the spooks want to lead said person to believe they have special powers)
CIA psychological warfare is some dark shit. There is nothing they wont try.
Btw i am a believer in certain kinds of psychic phenomena. Fascinated by it but also very skeptical.
