Rome stopped reporting at 18:23 UTC on the 4th. The blast in Beruit was at 13:08.

Assuming all times are UTC then it came back online at 07:41 UTC. One little glitch at 05:17. But at 7:41 comes on and stays on. The Beruit blast was at 13:08 UTC.

The weird thing about all this is how many stations have stopped reporting in July. And how do we know this one in Portugal was not taken offline and tampered with to make it blind to any actual radiation? Anon finds it pretty spoopy that the one station that did spike is somewhat isolated on an Italian island. While the one in Rome just went offline and was usless on the 4th. Strange. I'm going to dig moar on the exact location of the station that reported the spike after the explosion. Maybe the bad guys missed it? Or couldn't get to the owner?
