The SafeCast crowd-sourced radiation map is interesting to peruse. A cheap or DYI radiation meter takes samples with GPS location for upload to their map.

 

Most of the data is from Japan, as this project was focused on Fukushima, but there are readings from many places.

 

Alas, not Lebanon, so no baseline. And not real-time. But maybe Greece, or Israel.
